Foxworth is governed by a Home Owners Association responsible for the collection of mandatory HOA dues, the maintenance and upkeep of amenities and all common areas owned by the Foxworth HOA. The HOA is a registered non-profit organization with the State of Georgia. The goal of the HOA is to ensure amenities and common areas are maintained in a manner which adds value to every home in the subdivision.
Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, four tennis courts and a playground area intended for the exclusive use of mandatory members of Foxworth and their guests. Members must be in good standing to retain the use of the amenities.
