General Information for Community Association Disclosure/Sale of your Home:
Foxworth is a "Mandatory Membership Homeowners Association"
Initiation Fee for new Homeowners: $2,100 (effective January 1, 2023)
Annual HOA Dues: $1,050 ($525 paid twice a year in January and July) (effective January 1, 2023)
Please complete the request form and submit your payment of $200 to the address below. Upon receipt of payment, your closing letter will be issued. We accept checks or money order. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
Mail payments to Foxworth HOA, 3000 Old Alabama Road, Suite 119, #239, Alpharetta, GA 30022.
The HOA will acknowledge receipt of you request within 2-3 business days. If you don't receive an acknowledgement, please email accounting@foxworth.org to verify that your request has been received.
Please note that the first two fields, Name and Email, will autopopulate if you are a resident logged on to the Foxworth website. Otherwise, please enter the information for the person completing this request.
